What if I need to change my billing method?

If you’ve changed banks or need to switch to a credit card for your monthly services, please reach out to our billing department: billing@ignitespot.com

You will need to fill out a new bank authorization form or a credit card authorization form. Note: There is a merchant processing fee when using a credit card. 

We do ask that you let us know by the 25th of the month at the latest. This will allow processing time and for the changes to be accurate for the next billing cycle.
